Date : Sunday 16 August 2026 - ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH THE PAYPAL SYSTEM
If you are trying to place an order, you should know that, since mid-2026, something very strange has been happening with PayPal. Essentially, PayPal works sometimes (both for PayPal-paid orders and for those orders paid with a credit card), but sometimes it doesn't.
Our advice is two-fold : (1) Persevere for as long as you like (which may be just the one try, and we wouldn't blame you); then (2) if your attempts at payment are not successful, let us know by email which material you'd like. We'll supply the mp3 and/or midi material within 24 hours, as usual, and sort out how you may pay. We'll give you the choice of either making a bank transfer, or using the PayPal "Send money" facility.
We are sorry for any trouble you may be experiencing with PayPal, and hope that the present problems are soon resolved.
| You may order your MIDI files, MP3 files and Audio CDs online, and pay us securely with any major credit or debit card, in any major currency, through PayPal, by following one of the links above. (If you have a PayPal account, you may, of course, use it to pay for your material, without using a credit or debit card). However, if you prefer, you can order by normal mail. You will receive the download link for your MIDI files and/or MP3 files within 24 hours of placing your order. Audio CDs are mailed to you within 2 working days of receiving your order - usually sooner. |
