When you buy from us, we assume that you have listened to the Sample Files, and that you are certain you are happy with the format.
If you haven't listened to the files, or if you want to listen to them again, then please go to our Samples Page.
The individual sets of files are intended for your personal use. However, we fully expect (and encourage) society members to share the files with their fellow chorus members. And, of course, if you buy a complete set or sets, then you can distribute them freely amongst your society members - that's our intention in providing complete sets.
When you order using PayPal, you can expect to receive an e-mail within 24 hours, giving details of how to download the files you have ordered.
Incidentally (and following feedback from some of our buyers) - you do NOT need a "zip-drive" to accept zip-files. If you have WinZip, PK-ZIP, or other un-zipping software installed on your PC, you will be able to un-zip "ordinary" zip-files. If you don't have un-zipping software installed, then you can download "self-extracting zip-files" from us - that means that you can extract your MIDI rehearsal files without the need for un-zipping software.
Because we assume that you are happy with the format of the files before you order from us, we are not able to refund money to you if you do not like the way the files are constructed. However, if the files we send you do not function correctly, we will happily replace them, at no extra cost to you.
